The interview contents focused on our learning, challenging, innovation, marketing strategies, sustainable actions, and our plans for 2022 etc., after experiencing COVID-19 crisis for the last two years.

Mr. Hirokawa mentioned the importance of the relationship with our customers and distributors and of establishing the remote support structures etc., and RMGT has been rebuilding our supplier chain management, promoting remote working, and is conducting several online demonstrations and webinars for the customers and distributors. RMGT would like to promote a total Smart Factory concept such as automation, visualization, and connection with several printing equipment via cloud in IGAS 2022 held on November 24 - 28, 2022, and he only wishes that we are free of natural disaster and another COVID-19 crisis in 2022.
