Fully automatic perfecting device: eliminates any manual intervention required by traditional systems. Each sheet is transferred from one gripper to the other via a double-gripper mechanism designed by Mitsubishi. This technologically advanced converting unit ensures precise sheet transfer and perfect registration. Pressing a button on the console activates the perfecting device, automatically performing seven complex functions. These include synchronizing the opening and closing of the grippers on the double-diameter perfecting cylinders, positioning the vacuum device, and synchronizing the two converting cylinders. The complete process takes less than 3 minutes.

Note: IPC II (Intelligent Press Control) is a next-generation control terminal that offers a fully compatible digital interface. Capable of interpreting diverse data across multiple digital networks, it easily performs printing operations with the help of a step-by-step display. From the control panel, the operator has direct access to all machine functions, from print preparation and start-up operations to quality control and fault diagnosis, with a simple touch of the screen. The IPC enables the free exchange of data between prepress and production management systems and allows the retrieval and storage of data generated in these systems, such as printing parameters, sheet format, ink settings, and other settings. The IPC also offers a fault diagnosis support function to quickly assist operators in determining the causes of press stoppages. It includes six software packages designed to optimize ink control before, at the end, and throughout the entire printing cycle. One of these software packages is Quick Start Inking (QSI), which, based on the image to be printed, ensures the optimal ink film thickness before the cycle begins. Memory capacity for up to 5,000 jobs. Functions: start-up and production control; sheet format; print pressure; trivalent dampening; ink/varnish concentration.
