Note: All plates are changed in 75 seconds regardless of the number of printing units used. With the SimulChanger, plates from all units can be changed in just over a minute regardless of the number of printing units used. Unlike conventional plate changing systems where plates are removed and mounted unit by unit, the SimulChanger completes the operations simultaneously. The operator only needs to place the new plates into the respective plate holders, even during the previous job, and then start the plate changing operation from the machine console. All procedures, from adjusting the timing of the cylinders of each unit to removing the old plates, precisely mounting the new plates and repositioning each cylinder to its original position, are performed automatically. Eco-Drive Motor - The main motor of the RMGT is a highly efficient power source that provides all the power required by the machine and at the same time allows significant energy savings. Compared to conventional motors, costs are extremely reduced thanks to lower electricity consumption which also contributes to a healthier working environment.
