Here at World Graphic Machine we strongly believe that the overhauling of a printing machine has to start from the honest relation between the buyer and the seller. For this reason we at World Graphic Machine have decided to follow a method which is infallible from many points of view, following the methods established by the builder, without falsifying any component in order to present a newer machine. And all of this is certified by our reliable collaborators.

There are so many salesmen in this market that accept everything is required by the customer just to conclude quickly a deal. We at WGM have demonstrated our commercial coherence in our deals, as we believe that trust and tranquility of who spend lot of money on such a buy are the basis of a good relationship. There are printers that had to call technician to overhaul perfecting when they had bought a "overhauled" machine. There are printers who called us to overhaul machines they had bought from other dealers because facts were different from the contract.  We have never followed such dirty plays because we are absolutely convinced that time will reward who acts professionally and honestly. Indeed, we are proud to state that printers who bought overhauled machines from WGM during the last four years they have come back to us for further buys or they passed to the new, increasing their business. But no one afterwards has bought from other dealers because he was dissatisfied of our work. We are adressing only to "who do not practise what he preaches" because it is not right to extend the concept to the whole category, damaging those few traders who concentrate on professionality and customer satisfaction instead of only profit.

1. Dismanteling of the machine after previous printing efficiency control and functions test
2. Delivery at our premises and classification of all auxiliary equipment

7. Infeed
