Warranty
WGM is the first used printing equipment dealer in Europe that proposes to the customers a 24-up-to-36-months-warranty on used certified Heidelberg machines. Gold and Platinum are the two new warranty programmes that support the Silver programme of 12 months. All these plans are suitable for all the machines that hold the standards admitted from WGM.
Preferential treatment with discounts and favourable services are reserved for “AS NEW” selected machines and for subscribers of the BLUE CARD CLUB.
The service is possible because we have the certainty of our products and we are aware of the skills of our technicians and engineers that are able to comply with the requests of customers and give them an enduring service.
Nowadays printers have to concentrate on their business without troubles about technology. You only have to print and satisfy your customers, we think about the rest !
