Our machines do not cost more, are worth more ......... Used assured? Yes, but classy. The used is not more a 'taboo'. We guarantee quality and performance after checking the state of preservation. We started the used-certification, aimed at creating value. WGM - the solution for the printing industry: flexibility / guide / security / quality applied to the printing machines. Yes, you pay  more but sleep better . Selected machines and more protection than the minimum guarantee (of compliance ). The statutory warranty (minimum one year) that from 2002 is to be provided by traders,is not total: it certifies that the machine is within the terms of the contract; in case of failure, the seller must repair for free only if it is proved that the defect was at the time of sale, and had not been informed. No refund, then, for accidental damage. Different is the case of machines selected by  WGM: are controlled through procedures established by the manufacturer and refurbished in aesthetics and mechanics, electronics often also updated to latest versions. It’s a bit expensive (ca.5% more ') than the traditional used, but you can sleep better: This warranty covers all tastes. ex-new warranty: 1 year, unlimited impressions, maximum age of the machine is 5 years, tests carried out, certified impressions, certificates of origin Heidelberg before delivery (fully equipped). After one year you can return the machine to buy another one, getting an evaluation that is 75% more of the price paid for the purchase (excluding installation costs). The machines of the program ex-new WGM are subject to many controls (110) and the impressions are certified. We certify the copies by putting "black on white" as indicated by the impression counter, remember that if you discover that the machine has  more impressions from those indicated in the contract, you could request a refund or replacement of the machine. A big benefit, almost no dealer that offers protection and good faith purchaser often duped by spells that deceive printers to buy "new" machines at fabulous prices .... We can say that thanks to our careful selection of the best used products, we have helped to moderation by the price of machinery by the happiness' of our costumers (Faltracco/Tipolito2000/Pack / Faggionato / Juliagraf / Biemmegraf / Vianello, etc.) some of those, previously were not satisfied with the absurd costs of recent machines (certainly justified on the previous generation of machines where the expectation was much more temporary 'and a long machine life of 15-20 years if properly serviced was a good investment for each realized entrepreneur).
