“The Rights of Children” is an overview, through the photos made by Giacomo Pirozzi, of the particular rights of children settled in the UNO Convention on childhood and youth rights. The book presents in eight chapters the main articles of the Convention that shows these rights and the duties both for States and individuals. The introduction of Mia Farrow, well-known actress and UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, tells about her experience as witness of encroachment on children’s rights in many war countries; but she also asserts that the human beings have the inner ability to perform positive changes. Furthermore, the book includes the full text of the Convention and notes on correlated information. “The Rights of Children” is a gift to the UNICEF organisation for the 20th Anniversary of the Convention from Paolo Allori, the editor and director of Tipolito Duemila Group Srl and Edizioni Imprinting, Florence, Italy.
